Early Learning Network Technical Assistance

Technical assistance is available to all North Carolina school districts upon request from their Early Childhood Exceptional Children’s Program. Priority will be given to requests related to improving local LEA results on State Performance Plan (SPP) (Indicators 4, 6, 7, 11 and 12) . Research suggests that effective professional development is long term, focuses on systems-change at multiple levels and targets expected child and family outcomes. The Network will assist districts in developing comprehensive implementation plans designed to expand skills and build capacity within programs and communities.
